Precision vises offer specialized features to suit a variety of specialized tasks. 2-Axis Angular Vises allow angles to be maintained while machining or shaping. Angular vices feature 360° swivel base and 90° tilting range with 90° vertical and 180° horizontal indexing. 3-Axis Tilting Vises features accurate indexing for 3-way angular work. Tilting vices feature 360° swivel base, 90° vertical indexing and 45° tilting range on either side. Milling Machine Vises are ideal for jig boring, grinding and shaping on a fully graduated 360° swivel base with no jaw tilt or lift. Universal Angling Vises are made specifically for holding work on surface grinders and precision micro boring machines. Three separate swivel movements are provided fully graduated. Self-Centering Vises provide fast automatic centering with only one machine setting, ideal for use with drilling or milling machines. Sine Vises feature a jaw that can open or close without unbolting from the work surface to maintain superior accuracy. Steel Vises are made with specially-treated alloy steel and heat-treated for hardness. Minute angle step of 0.2” allows very small angles to be set with ease of using standard gauge blocks. Screwless Vises feature a V-groove in sliding jaws to hold work securely and accurately.
