Currently we are seeking qualified professionals for the following positions:
Position: Inside Sales Account Manager
Location: Port Washington, NY
- Develop relationships with new customers.
- Penetrate existing client base and increase revenue.
- Meet minimum standards for calls, quotes and sales quotas.
- Develop sales plan to build personal book of business.
Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Buford, GA
- Answers inbound service calls;
- Assists customers with account activities (orders, returns, etc.) by receiving inbound calls;
- Provides effective problem resolution and suggestions regarding customer complaints and/or concerns;
- Investigates and updates customers regarding inquiries and/or complaints.
Position: Order Pullers - 2nd Shift
Location: Buford, GA
- Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders onto pallets as needed;
- Scans collected merchandise for inventory tracking purposes;
- Stages palletized orders to be collected by freight carriers;
- Assists with replacing stock as needed as well as additional duties as directed by management.
Position: Packers - 2nd Shift
Location: Buford, GA
- Receives processed orders, scans order into computer system, and verifies accuracy of the order;
- Utilizes machinery to shrink wrap products on pallets;
- Operates forklift and pallet jack to stage or load products as necessary;
- Loads orders safely and efficiently.
Position: Online Marketing Coordinator
Location: Port Washington, NY
- Assist web marketing team with reporting, implementation of new website functions and customer service for end users.
- Monitor and organize website content for consistency and accuracy.
- Identify Web Marketing and Communications opportunities/problems and to provide solutions with minimal direction.
- Ability to resolve usability issues to ensure a positive customer online experience.
- Assist with the development and implementation of online marketing strategies to create the strongest possible Internet presence for our company.
- Work on special online projects and initiatives as deemed necessary by marketing department.
