1. Click on Chairs on the product category list on the left side of any page. The main Chairs Product Category page (Fig. 1) opens giving you four options:

   1. If you are interested in one of the FEATURED PRODUCTS, click on the product name or the product picture for more information.. If the item is part of a closely related group of items (e.g. same item available in different colors, etc.), when you click on the name or picture, the Product Sub-Category page (see below) opens with the focus on the details grid for the group of items. Otherwise, the Product Details page (see below) opens with all the details about just the one item. To order the item, just click the button to add it to your shopping cart.
      
      
   2. If you are interested in a product on the BEST SELLERS list (if one is displayed), click on the product name to see more information on either the Product Sub-Category page with the related items details grid or the Product Details page for just the one item. If the View More Best Sellers link is present, click on it to see more best sellers.
      
      
   3. If you are interested in one of the TOP SELLERS, click on the product name or picture or the More Info link to see more information either on the Product Sub-Category page with the multi item details grid or on the Product Details page. Click on the Buy Now link to add the item to your shopping cart.
      
      
   4. If you want to refine the list of Chairs to see only stacking chairs, for example, select the appropriate sub-category from the list on the left side of the page or from the Also Available In: list at the bottom of the page.  The Product Sub-Category page opens listing only the types of Chairs in the selected sub-category (Stacking Chairs).
      
      
2. On the Product Sub-Category page, which shows the types of chairs in a sub-category (Fig. 2), you can:

   1. Click on the Industrial Catalog page number link to display the printed catalog page for this product type. On the catalog page, click on the blue product Model number of any listed product to see more information about the product on the Product Details page (see below).
      
      
   2. Click on the picture (or picture placeholder if no photo is available) or the View n Product(s) link to display the Product Sub-Category page with the Product Details grid for the selected product type (for example, Molded Plastic Stack Chair)
      Note that when transferring to this page from the Category (Featured Products, Top Seller and Best Seller) or Sub-Category – No Details (Featured Products) pages, this page opens already scrolled down to show the product (picture group) grid on the lower part of the page. The user has to scroll up to see the top of the page..  
      
      
3. On the Product Sub-Category page with the Product Details grid for a selected product type (Fig. 3), you can:

   1. Click on the blue product Model number of any listed product on the grid to see more information about the product on the Product Details page (see below).
      
      
   2. If the grid includes a column labeled Addon or Addon Model set off by a thick separator column (Fig.4), click on the blue Model number to see more information about the addon or type a quantity in the QTY column for each addon item you want to order and click on the button to add the product(s) to your shopping cart. The Addon column contains the product model numbers of recommended items to order that complement the selected product, such as a wire shelving add on unit to expand the starter shelving unit that is the primary product.

   3. Click on a column heading label, such as Color, or on the double arrowhead icon next to the label to sort the grid list in ascending order by the values in that column. This only works for columns with the arrowhead icon.
      
      
   4. Type a quantity in the QTY column for each item you want to order (main item and/or addon) and click on the button to add the product(s) to your shopping cart.
      
      
   5. If the Product Details grid runs to multiple pages, scroll to the first, previous, next or last page of the product list or go to a specific page by clicking on the First, Prev, Next or Last or a page number link (Fig. 5).

   6. Switch to another sub-category by:
      • Clicking on the sub-category name on the In This Category yellow list on the left side of the page
      • Clicking on a sub-category in the Also Available In: list at the bottom of the page

Note: Not all the options and features listed above appear on the page.  What appears depends on the category or sub-category and the number of products available in it.

The Product Details page (Fig. 6) displays the detailed information about a product. You open a Product Details page for a product from any page where that product is listed, usually by clicking on the name, model number or picture of the product.

To view the details for a product, follow these steps:

1. On the Search Results page click on the product name or picture (if either is an active link), or on any of the Product pages with a Product Details grid, click on the product's blue Model number. The Product Details page opens displaying the specifications for the selected product.
    
2. On the Product Details page, you have the following options:
   
   
   1. Review the product specifications under the Product Information tab in the lower part of the page.
      
   2. Click on the Enlarge Image link under the photo to view a larger picture of the product.
      
   3. Click on the Email This Page link under the photo to send the page to yourself or someone else.
      
   4. Click on the Print This Page link under the photo to open a version of the page that is formatted for printing.
      
   5. If there are any other tabs, click on them to view other information, such as Accessories available for the selected product or additional pictures of it in the Photo Gallery.
      
   6. Type in a Quantity, if you want more than 1, and click on the button to add the product to your shopping cart.
      
   7. If any Related Items or Accessories are shown, click on the button for each item you want to add it to your shopping cart.
