Crown Verity Double Tank Fryer
Portable fryers are designed to cook high volumes of product in a short period of time. Made for outdoor use only. Ideal for caterers, party rentals, and special events. Made with 18 gauge Type 304 stainless steel body with a #4 finish for corrosion resistance. Tank covers are made of galvanized steel. Portable, self-contained fryers run on propane gas (tanks not included). Each stainless steel cabinet and fry tank includes twin fry baskets include plastic coated handles. Each tank offers 90,000 BTU/hour input. Three heat exchanger tubes are positioned for easy cleaning. Includes high-limit shut-off and combination gas shut-off valve with manual pilot ignition system. Millivolt thermostat control adjusts from 200 � 400°F. Portable fryers include 1-1/4� full port ball type drain valve with drain pipe extension. Fryers are easy to move on two locking swivel casters and two 14" diameter wheels. CSA approved. NSF listed. Fully assembled. 1 Year Limited Warranty.
