GE 42" PTAC 7300BTU /7100 BTU 208/230 Cooling with Resistance Heat

Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners provide year-round comfort with individual heating and cooling temperature controls. Units are extremely quiet - and designed to fit a wide range of applications, making them the ideal choice for hotels and motels, office buildings and apartments. Standard on all models is the exclusive GE® "Superseal" system, which reduces air infiltration and increases both comfort and efficiency. Plus, all units use R-410A refrigerant which is compliant with 2010 U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requirements for the phase-out of ozone-depleting compounds. Power cords are not included with the unit. The power connection kit is selected by the amperage of the circuit where it will be installed. Please see our PTAC accessories for power cords. Must be installed by a licensed contractor. GE Units come with a One Year limited warranty parts and labor plus a 5 year sealed system warranty.
