Cools and heats only occupied spaces allowing energy consumption. Requires little interior wall space with high efficiency outdoor compressor. Includes remote control for ease of operation. Offers dehumidification mode, auto swing louvers, auto-restart, sleep mode and low ambient operation. Indoor unit displays temperature. Installation kit includes 25"L line set, 25"L connecting wire, condensate tubing and wall sleeve. Ideal for hotels, condos, resorts, factories, apartments, offices and more. UL and CSA listed. Color finish is white. Indoor size is 48-1/4"W x 13"D x 9-5/8"H. Outdoor size is 35-3/8"W x 13"D x 32-7/8"H. Voltage is 230/208. Must be installed by a licensed contractor. 3 Year Limited Warranty.
