Totally enclosed ball bearing single-phase motor withstands moisture and releases condensation. 3 blades are encased in wire safety guards. Wall Fans include a safety cable kit with a 12'L cable and 2 cable clamps. White Epoxy Coated finish is FDA approved. 115/230V hard wire install. 2 year warranty.
