Inside the Lava Heat Opus's traditional cylindrical design is the same cutting-edge technology found in all Lava Heat flame heaters. At the center of the Opus is the shatterproof Borosilicate glass tube, a fireproof chimney that delivers 360° heat distribution. The Opus stands 6.5 ft tall, and can provide heat for 24 hours with a 40 lb. propane tank or upgraded for a natural gas line. With its standard protective outer grill, all-steel construction and simple operation, the Opus is a premium outdoor heater, designed and built for years of uninterrupted use and enjoyment. It ships fully assembled, with a universal infrared remote igniter, as well as the electrical ignition mounted on the unit, a tank stabilizing strap in the reinforced base, and Lava Heat's proprietary Safe-Tilt Switch that shuts the Opus down if it's not standing upright.
