Just what the Doctor ordered

Your review: The Ladder works great. It replaced an old staircase that was ready to cave in. The ladder not only got rid of the staircase, it also increased precious working floor space because of its footprint. I should have done this a long time ago.

What size are the mounting holes? Where are they located on the top rail? Will this be able to mount to the top of a 12 inch thick concrete wall, or will it require us to drill additional holes?
