38 gal outdoor steel ash/trash receptacle. Four 5"Hx17"Dia disposal openings with 3" chutes. Two 12 gauge steel hinges attach top to the body and allow top to open approximately 90 degrees for easy removal of liner. Weather Urn collects cigarette debris and protects contents from the elements. Rigid plastic liner (PL) included. Black Powder Coat Finish.
