Hamilton® Ultralast™ Wheel 4 x 2 - 1/2" Ball Bearing

This wheel possesses "off the chart" performance characteristics, specifically in the areas of thermal retention and rollability. Heat buildup in polyurethane, due to high loads or continuous duty applications, is the most common cause for material breakdown over the life of the wheel. Ultralast polyurethane operates much cooler under load and at higher speeds compared to most other urethanes. The result is a simply superior dynamic performance and a longer service life.

Ultralast Ball Bearing Wheels

Your review: We run a Family Entertainment Center. One of our attractions, Spin Zone Bumper Cars, had a problem with the rear caster wheel bearings, which were roller bearings, going out after 3 to 6 months. We tried several "heavy duty" wheels and had the same results. We switched to the Ultralast wheels with ball bearings and haven't had a problem for 6 months so far and don't expect to have that problem ever again.

Ultralast out last the best others had to offer!

Your review: I am the maintenance manager for a family entertainment center. We have been having ongoing problems with the caster wheels on out Spin Zone bumper cars. The original wheels were made of rubber which I replaced with the best heavy duty cast iron wheels I could find. Both styles had long roller bearings and both would fail in 4 to 6 months. This time, as they failed, I replaced them with the Ultralast Ball Bearing wheels. The first replacement was 7 months ago and is still working perfectly. I am very impressed with this product.
