disappointed in finish

Your review: when i got the dollies the steel plates were a little scratched because they were painted. i was really disappointed because a buddy of mine bought these from Global a few years ago and they were powder coated and had a real nice durable finish. that was what i was hoping i was getting. i'm guessing that to save money they just started painting them. i know they would probably get dinged up from me using them but i like them to at least look decent in my shop and under my 70 Chevelle. i'm going to have to get them powder coated myself or just by those other ones that look just like this and are powder coated and made in America
