| It's great, we love it. Its a little longer than the ones you find at lowes, witch is very helpful. It is very easy to use and convert into the different positions |

| For the most part, a good piece of equipment, however, the frame is a little short to accommodate a standard 4 drawer office filing cabinet in the 45% degree incline position. |

| The assembly is a bit tricky but follow the directions. The cart gets frequent use and still works great. I would get another one if this one is lost. |

| Disappointed |
| I do love this Hand truck. I use it in my Water business. The complaint I have is that the bearrings just broke apart in the wheels. A simple part fix would be nice to offer. It makes no sense for me to have to buy two wheels and an axle to fix this. A $5 part would do it. Plus they should not be falling apart after two years and not being used but twice a week at 240 pound loads. Sounds like a defective part that I am paying for in the first place. |

| 3 in 1 Hand Truck |
| Had this for roughly about a year ,it doesn't last long ,the whole unit became very unstable, the handle was very loose and sloppy the folding extension wouldn't stay in the upright position any longer. the wheels have gotten so loose they don't run true at all, and never carried anything over 45lbs on this dolly |

| Wobbly Latch |
| Assembly was easy and instructions were understandable.
We use it to move multiple 5-gallon water bottles over various terrain and this product performs well.
The primary complaint concerns the latch that holds the handle. It's wobbly and doesn't feel very secure when hauling a full load of bottles. |

| Can be useful |
| Pros-Lightweight and versatile
Cons-Folding nose extension isn't wide enough to stabilize most loads...and falls out of folded-up position.
Wheel hubs and bearings are insufficient..wheels go out of true with less than half the weight allowance. |

| Awesome concept! |
| This is a great hand truck! The fact that it converts to three (3) different versions is particularly helpful. It carries the weight limit as advertised and was fairly easy to move it around. We loaded it down with a steel 10x10x8 convention booth, digital projector, screen, putting green, and set up tools. Basically and entire booth and its contents in ONE TRIP!! I also moved an entire DJ set-up including amps, speakers, computer mixing board and all the wires and cables with ease! A Great Product!!!!! |

| This Hand Truck is Amazing |
| The product is all that I hoped it would be. The delivery was something else, but thanks to the sturdy construction, the hand truck was undamaged and the shipping box was destroyed. This will be great for moving my college students. |

| I've always wanted one of these hand trucks and I am not disappointed. I gave the assessment 4 stars because the wheels wobble a tad. I didn't expect that.
Good value, though. |

| hand truck |
| I absolutely love my handtruck. The only thing I would like different is someway to make the wheels fold in. and the u-shaped handle fold up. It would be much eacher to store in the trailer if those things were available. It is very lightweight but durable and sturdy. |

| Rear wheel latch |
| This hand truck collapsed while in the 45 degree angle position.
I was moving a large gas cabinet and the latch did not hold the rear wheels in place. The rear wheels kicked out when they met some bumps in my path intended for the blind. This was too much for the spring loaded latch used for locking the rear wheels in place.
Be careful with rear wheel latching mechanism and the 500 Lb. load rating everyone. ***Global Management Comment: We have inspected the latch assembly on the trucks and they are working as designed. We believe the Customer may not have fully engaged the latch and are reviewing this with him now.*** |
