Tractel Griphoist® WIRE ROPE HOIST EXTRICATION RESCUE KIT

Recognized as Essential Equipment for Fire Departments, Police, Highway Patrol and Civil Defense Personnel.

The Griphoist® Rescue Kit allows you to lift, pull and lower loads, quickly and easily removing obstructing trees and debris. Fire Departments across the country use this vital tool to tear down burning walls and move wrecked vehicles to extricate and rescue accident victims. Hand operated, double-action lever pulls and controls wire rope of unlimited length. Simply anchor the Griphoist® with a wire rope sling, fasten the terminal hook to the object to be lifter or moved, and the bare end of the wire rope is passed through. Pump the handle and the cable travels through at approximately 5 ft. per minute. Device operates on the draw vice principle using two pairs of self-energized forged steel jaws that alternately grip and pull the cable much like a man climbing a rope hand over hand.

Each Extrication Rescue Kit includes:
· Griphoist® Cable Hoist
· 60'L Galvanized Wire Rope with a Safety Hook mounted on the Carrying Reel
· 6'L Wire Rope Sling with Choker Hook
· 6'L and 9'L Wire Rope Slings
· Telescopic Hoist Handle
