Safety Guard Reduces the Risk of Foot Rollover Injuries.
This patented pallet truck foot guard is engineered to protect the feet of the pallet jack operator. Constructed of 1/8" thick carbon steel plate, the guard easily attaches to the upright post of a manual pallet truck using the included universal mounting bracket. The guard provides continuous protection at all angles between the operator's foot and the wheel of the pallet truck. Pallet jack toe guard is designed with a ½" to ¾" self-adjusting, floating height mechanism that conforms to 20° pitches in truck ramps or floor irregularities. Toe guard allows for full range of steering when installed and can be transferred between jacks. Installation can be accomplished in under 4 minutes, and unit fits most manual pallet trucks with 7" diameter steer wheels and 1.75" to 2.125" diameter non-tapered posts.
Note: For manual pallet trucks with steer wheels greater than 7" diameter or a tapered post between the wheels, please call for more information.
Note: The guard is intended to protect the operator's foot and not act as a pallet truck bumper, and should not be used on raised step-up surfaces.
