the first table cart arrived broken. then I had to repeatedly call the office to get a new one. Now I have a new one, and I dont like the fact that the handle which you pull on is completely unattached and comes out as you pull it. Poor design, I would not buy this again. And I still have to argue with the office not to pay twice.- *** Global Comment: The customer called Customer Service to report the damage. We filed a claim with the carrier and issued the customer a credit. ***
