Poor Design

Your review: I wouldn't recommend this shovel

Pros: None

Cons: The manufacturer designed the shovel so the handle snaps into the blade without screws however, the handle is smaller in diameter than the hole in the blade so the blade wobbles on the handle. Feels cheap and unsecured. I wouldn't recommend this shovel to anyone.

Great snow shovel after correcting wooden handle

Your review: The wooden handle is smaller in diameter than required for a snug fit into both the plastic hand grip and the shovel blade. I used metal tape around the handle top end to snug the hand grip and glued wood popsicle sticks onto the wood handle shaft to snug the shovel blade. Then, during our first CO snowfall of February 2012, a record 12 inch, this shovel was excellent.
