| Ryan is always very helpful, and as usual with this sale he exceeded in customer service and support. He helped me with the freight charge so I could ship to my customer at an economically sound cost. |

| First cabinet was damaged on receipt and refused by our purchasing department. The second cabinet was in execellent condition. The price was very competitive. |

| Sturdy cabinet, but came scratched |
| This is our 2nd cabinet purchased in 2 yrs. The cabinet itself is very sturdy and well built. Doors work flawlessly. However, it came with 2 significant scratches on it that we did not see until well after it was dropped off by the trucking co, and then unpacked. Next time, I will make sure to unpack the cabinet before the truck leaves the dock. |

| Cabinet is fine-customer service is lousy |
| You send a catalog to us but do not mention that you have a special government price so we overpaid for the unit. You charge us sales tax so I send the sales tax exemption form to your tax office and still receive an invoice with sales tax on it (which we are not paying). The cabinet is fine, but it leaves a bitter taste in my mouth for your company knowing we got screwed on the price. ***Global Management Comment - We are contacting the Customer to determine if credit the sales tax is required.*** |
