Small Vortex Tube Kit - 135 - 650 BTU/hr.

EXAIR's Small Vortex Tube Cooling Kit is a low cost, reliable, maintenance free solution to a variety of industrial spot cooling problems. Using an ordinary supply of compressed air as a power source, Vortex Tubes create two streams of air, one hot and one cold, with no moving parts. Temperatures ranging from -50° to +260°F (-46° to +127°C), at flows from 2 through 8 SCFM are adjustable over a wide range using the control valve and the supplied generators. The EXAIR Small Vortex Tube Cooling Kit includes a Small Vortex Tube, applicable generators (2, 4 and, 8 SCFM), straight through cold muffler, and a single point flexible hose kit. The EXAIR Small Vortex Tube Cooling Kit will provide up to 550 BTU/hr. of cooling capacity. EXAIR Vortex Tubes are constructed of stainless steel. The wear resistance of stainless steel, as well as its resistance to corrosion and oxidation, assures that EXAIR Vortex Tubes will provide years of reliable, maintenance-free operation.
