Use lockout-tagout labels on machines and padlocks or near lockout-tagout centers. Lockout labels keep employees safe! Labels are made with .004 mil thick vinyl with a pressure-sensitive permanent adhesive backing designed for fast, easy peel off and application. Moisture-resistant, long-lasting vinyl strongly adheres to both flat and curved surfaces. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
