Value Wheel Lockout - Fits 2-1/2" - 5" Diameter Lock Hole .375"

This sturdily made lockout is designed to block valve handles from unwanted movement and position change. Consists of 2 flattened half moons that completely cover the valve wheel. Made of crack and abrasion resistant, dielectric polypropylene. Resistant to extreme temperature changes from -50° to 360°F. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 regulations.
