Lockout centers communicate the importance of lockout safety while storing supplies all in the same place. Protects personnel from accidents and prevents unwanted equipment operation. Board measures 10� x 7�. Made of .085 high impact polystyrene. Sturdy 5� x 4-3/4� x 1-1/2� pocket holds locks, tags and circuit breaker lockouts (not included). Includes foam mounting tape. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
