Hard to open and close
The drawer is very hard to open and close. Not too much more I say. Just a poor design as there are no rollers or slide guides. I van't use it effectively.
Good product - Good shipping
Your review: No complaints, came well packed and in good condition. Simple but well made drawer. Bolted it to a thick wood topped bench. I think it will last a long time
Pros: Received as promised in good condition
Cons: Wish it had better slide stops to prevent it from coming out too far.
Your review: This drawer has an extremely large capacity and is very easy to install, with four screws. The corners of the drawer are rounded to prevent you from cutting your leg should you turn into when mounted on a bench.
Pros: Large capacity, easy install, rounded corners prevent injury.
Cons: Maybe bearings to make opening and closing smoother.
Your review: Quality of drawer is good. However, 1 of the drawers was crushed with no evidence of damage on the shipping carton.

Pros: good construction
Cons: As stated above, quality control needs attention for that reason as well as 1 drawer was shipped without any hardware
Standard Metal Drawer
Your review: I just purchased two of these drawers to finish a new project table that I built. I already have four of these drawers under my regular shop work bench. They are strong, easy to install and hold a ton of stuff. I highly recommend them to anyone with a workbench who can use the extra storage space the drawers afford.

We need a surface that can withstand heat from a hot-air rework station. The surface may be exposed to temperatures greater than 300 degrees C. Can this table handle that? If not, can you recommend an alternative?

Sorry for not clarifying last question enough. I need to know the width between the legs, from side to side.... i.e. left to right. I am guessing it should be close to 56" ?

What is the width of the space available between the assembled legs of this bench? I have rolling cabinets that need to slide in underneath when not in use.
