Everything from my dealings with Global to shipping, to the design of the chair are all very positive. For all that I give *****. For the ability to use this chair for more than very short periods of time is *. The padding on the kneeler is just not sufficient. I had buy a gel pad for me to be able to sit for more than a hour. Ended up costing me an extra $40. for that. Now I can use my chair for extended periods of time. So, my net rating is 2 stars...

Kneeling Stool

Your review: Employee/co-worker seems pleased with the stool.

Pros: Relieves pressure on back.

Cons: No arms and a little difficult getting up for a tall person.

Excellent kneeling stool

Your review: This stool was easy to assemble. The seat height is adjustable. The seat and knee pads are quite comfortable. No more back pain when sitting~

Pros: Adjustable, comfortable seat/knee pads.

Cons: Nothing that I have noticed so far.

Review.

Your review: Good option for use during the day, but I would recommend keeping a regular chair to switch back and forth in if using for an office environment.

Pros: Definitely stimulates good posture.

Cons: Not ideal for all-day sitting/kneeling. During meetings, even if I lower the chair, I am still "sitting" above others in my office - which other people have commented on. Also, after a few hours, your shins start to hurt and you can tell that there is a difference (feet feel colder) in blood flow to the feet.

Poorly made

Your review: Screws and predrilled holes in seat do not line up. Kneeling cushion compressed after a couple of weeks of use.

Disappointing

Your review: I've draped a coarsely woven blanket over the seat to pad it and make it less slippery. And I've stuffed a memory foam pillow onto the knee pad to prevent it from cutting into my shins. *** Global Comment: Global Customer Service contacted the customer. They were offered a partial credit for the problems they encountered. The customer appreciated the contact from Global Customer Service. ***

Pros: affordable, attractive

Cons: The fabric is tightly woven and too smooth so that I slip forward off the seat, putting too much weight on the fronts of my legs. Padding on knee pad is not thick/heavy enough; my shins feel the edges and hurt after only a short time. Continually adjusting to get the weight back to my seat rather than my legs.

Extremely Durable, Super Comfortable

Your review: I suppose one may, at first, have to get used to kind of sitting on one's knees, but I injured my knees in a ski accident a few years ago, and still had no problem sitting on this stool. I love it!

Pros: As an Esthetician who does Facial services all day, this stool which I've used for 17 years has shown very little wear & tear on the fabric upholstery--- amazing durability! The posture it encourages has been a huge benefit in doing my work for many years!

Cons: None. This may be the best lasting purchase I've ever made. Ordered a 2nd one about 4 mo ago to use at another location. So pleased I could find the exact same manufacturer. Highly recommend this manufacturer!

Good, but w/a design flaw....

Your review: Though I do like the kneeling stool, and appreciate this one being adjustable, there is a design flaw: the adjusting handle is located just an inch or two above where my right leg rests....so if i move my leg up just a bit, it hits the adjusting handle and my stool suddenly drops down to almost flat. A. this is annoying, and B. makes it hard for my 6'2" frame to wriggle out....
