HI!! This its the first time that we buy in Global Industrial and I am very satifactory with customer services especially with Maria Camacho. One of the fan that I recive have a big damage, and I has a quickly problem resolve.

| Cant get the fan to continue to oscillate |
| I deducted two stars due to the fan oscillating mechinism that hits the base and wont continue to oscillate.
I have tried various adjustments with the same reseult.
The fan moves alot of air and is not too noisy. |

| Our biggest fans! |
| We purchased two of these fans for use in our indoor arena. They were exactly as described, fairly easy to put together and are exactly what we wanted. They are fairly quiet compared to other industrial fans that we've rented. They are stable and sturdy. They really move the air around which is helpful when it's humid. We are very happy with these fans and so are our clients, horses and volunteers. |

| The rebate included price is very clear. What is not clear is the date the rebate goes into effect. I realize the qualifications are in the rebate rules but I wrongly assumed the rebate was in effect when I placed my order. The rebate dates should be clearly stated along with the price of the goods. This would prevent any confusion that could occur. I placed an order for 6 WB585280 fans on the 23rd of July and the rebate was effective on the 24th costing me all the profit that I would have made on the order as my purchases are for resale. ***Per customer service, they will help the customer with filing for the rebate.***

| We purchased this fan as a replacement to a similar fan we had that is no longer available. Our old fan was a powerhouse and it worked great!! We are not too impressed with this fan. It does not have enough air movement. Also the height stated is misleading in that the measurement is to the very top of the fan and not to the center so your space of cooler air is much lower. |

| We are very happy with the Global Oscillating Pedestal fans we purchased. The guys in the shop just love them. We haven't even needed to use it on high yet, even on low it really pushes the air. Great bargain. |

| The fan was purchase for a workshop to knock the edge the summer heat. The fan was easy to assemble and works as desired. It would nice if the oscillating could disable by a lever. However, I still need to read the owner manual. |

| I had tried to order on-line and wanted to set up an account but I had no response from your customer service IT dept. I did order through the sales rep. and I should have told her about this but did not. Otherwise the order is placed and is being shipped. Shipping charges seem a little high but not a deterrent to place an order. |

| I was skeptical at first because competitors are charging more than double the price for almost the exact same fan, I was concerned with the quality. But, I went ahead and ordered 6. They arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered them! (AMAZING) They were easy to put together and they work great! They must be made for man hands, because they have taken a beating in our shop and still no problems to report. |

| I discovered the fan I bought from Global via a catalog I received after buying a waterless toilet for a building I own. The product I purchased previously was a Sloan waterless toilet which was suppose to be american made. I bought a 24" fan from HD that I promptly returned after seeing the 30" I bought from Globe. Stupidly I thought I was buying an american made fan. When I received the product it was Chinese. While the quality of the fan I hope will be good and last a few years, I doubt after the warranty is up and I have any problems with it, it will not be something I will be able to order parts for or have repaired. Why can you not carry American made products? ***We do carry American made fans, but we stand by our fan and believe 100% that it is a great product and a great value.*** |

| Global Oscillating 30" Fan |
| I live in a rural community where all the farmers have huge floor fans in their barns. When a few of them saw my fan, there were really impressed the amount of air it moved. Big Floor Fans are stationary; mine can be either stationary or oscillating. However, when I went over and turned the fan on high, they were even more impressed with the velocity of a 30" fan that moves a lot more air than a 42" floor fan does on high...and zero noise and zero vibration |

| I purchased 4 of these fans. I was disappointed that I had to purchase a part from a local hardware store so the fan guard did not continuously rub and vibrate on the pedestal. **Per this review, we run four new fans continuously for two weeks and none of the fans were rubbing or vibrating.** |

| Misleading Product |
| the fan's base is not heavy enough to support tne fan even on the lowest speed. the fan wobbles, not safe, the fan is top heavy. the pciture makes it look much more industrial then it is.
we returned all 3 fans, were not pleased with the quality at all, most unsual for Global since we have purchased from tehm before and have been quite satisfied |
