Polypropylene Strapping Machine Applies up to 24 Straps per Minute
This semi-automatic strapping machine straps packages quickly and efficiently. Tension gauge dial on control panel allows quick adjustment with a tension range of 10-100 lbs.
Accepts packages as small as 2-1/2" wide by 1" high up to an unlimited maximum size.
Solid state circuitry eliminates down time. Works on 110v AC. Four 3" swivel casters (2 locking) for easy movement.
Accommodates 1/4" to 5/8" polypropylene strapping on 8" x 8" core. Includes a FREE roll of 1/2" polypropylene strapping. Measures 35"L x 23"D x 30"H.
This item has a 30 day labor warranty, and a 1 year parts warranty. This only covers the manufacturers defects.
Includes 4 swivel casters for easy movement. Two with brakes for locking position.
Tension gauge dial allows for quick adjustments with a tension range of 10-100 lbs.

Great Product.
I spent over a year looking for an inexpensive banding machine. I kept coming back to this thinking it was to cheap and would not do the job. I was really wrong. It works better than expected, and set up was very easy. We are very happy with the purchase.

So far, it is good.
We purchased and received the strapping machine a couple weeks ago. It arrived relatively quickly. We immediately started using it. It did stop working at one point after the first 2 weeks to where the seal was not holding. We were performing daily routine maintenance. The maintenance person cleaned everything up real good and took a more throrough cleaning out of the sealing area. It started working good again. All and all, I think it is working well and doing the job requested of it. We just need to pay a bit more attention to the sealing area in its daily care.

Banding Machine
Overall we are pleased with the banding machine. The one thing that was noticed right away is that the legs of the machine are not adjustable. The height of the machine is too low for most of the people here and we had to find a way to make the surface higher.
