Descent hand truck but heavy
Good quality hand truck but because of added wheel/shelf system heavier than expected. Good hand truck if you need to haul alot of heavy boxes. If you are not hauling alot on each load thatn the regular hand truck would be better. We use it to haul trays frull of mail and it works very well. Would reccomend purchasing

Putting the pins in was a bit difficult but other than that they went together pretty smoth...Overall they work great and are light weight

Bent wheels
The hand truck came on time and pretty easy to put together but both pneumatic wheels are warped. Pretty disappointed. <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: We will have this resolved immediately.***</span>

Mostly good
I have two problems with this cart. One has to do with the assembly instructions - they are missing entirely what to do with the smaller set of screws and bolts, and are generally not all that clear or descriptive. The second is that it is a little difficult to lock the wheels back into place after having it in the open/horizontal position and moving it back into the closed/vertical. Otherwise, it's sturdy, it wheels easily, and holds a lot of weight.

Great Product, Assemby not so
When ordering this product I did not realize it was something I would have to assemble. So I had not anticipated having to put it together when it arrived. It wasn't very difficult to put together, but if I need to order another one I will make sure to look for something that doesn't require assembly. Great product though and very happy overall with the purchase.

A good dolly
I am very pleased with the actual dolly itself. It is what it is advertised to be. However, I was missing several nuts and bolts when I received the dolly. Also, a few of the bolt holes pre- drilled in the dolly did not exactly line up, although they were close. These problems I easily overcame without contacting the company. As I said at the beginning, the dolly itself is great. I would definitely recommend it.
