Hand Truck
We are thrilled! It's easy to use, sturdy but not over powering. We have alot of women in our office who need help 'schlepping' lots of boxes, etc., and so far we are very pleased. Up right storage is excellent. We had maintenance assemble, so we can't comment on that, but we received no complaints.

Great Hand Truck for the money
I've bought 5 of these hand trucks and except for the one that was stolen, I've been very happy with them. They are as good or better than ones that cost over 1 or 2 hundred more

It is a beast
This thing is BIG, it stands about 6 foot tall and is super heavy duty. We got this hand truck to move some heavy DJ equipment and it does the job easily. With the platform down, we can fit a massive amount of equipment on one load. Assembly was not bad as it was about 90% together when it was shipped. The quality is amazing, we're happy with this purchase. The shorter "junior" model would probably have sufficed and would have been easier to fit into the back of the truck...but no regrets...live big!

I have ordered several of these and they work very well. You have to be careful with the latch that holds the handle in place and after a lot of usage that latch may not work as well.

ALMOST PERFECT CART
A great price and of good quality, I just wish you all could make it a little sturdier in the bracket area when converted into a cart. Would I purchase another;of course I would.
We finally ordered a hand truck, and we love it. The assembly instructions could have been clearer, but we figured it out. The hand truck is very heavy, but it will be good for heavier things

hand truck cuts fingers
the top corners on top where where the hinges traps finger and is very sharp corner needed to be filed in production I have cut the corners and rounded them to help prevent pinches and cuts other than that the dolly is great
Our Library system needed a better method for the daily book route delivery system. Regular hand trucks were too small, and cart type units were too cumbersome. The Senior Aluminum 2-in-1 Convertible Hand Truck met our needs by allowing more boxes of books per trip. This truck can pull the weight.

awesome hand truck
very well built unit. much more than expected for what we paid for it. have loaded it up with several hundred pounds of stuff in the cart mode with no issues. well, i guess i need to put more air in the tires but other than that, this unit is awesome. It is a heavy unit though, not light so may not be the best if you have to bring items up and down staris a lot.

This is a great hand truck that is well built and versatile. The only problem I have is that the rear weels do not lock into the locking latch. I have to use a bungee cord to secure the rear weels.
