Met the needs for traveling Story Time
Our library is in a small shopping mall that has a privately owned toy store. We provide a weekly story time for the store. Our storyteller has to transport her supplies down a long block to the store through snow, rain, wind and shoppers. This cart has kept the puppets, the easel,and the books from leaving a trail down the sidewalk. Setting up for the traveling story time has become stress free.

The wheels need breaks; also it would be great if all 4 wheels had the ability to rotate direction, with the ability to lock direction. I.e. that the cart could be steered from front or rear or sides

Researched this type of product on line. Always purchased rubbermaid in the past and we found these for 1/2 the cost. Fast shipping from Global Industrial and was able to capitalize on rebate on an already good price. Once product was put together, seemed everybit as sturdy and comparable to more expensive unit.

This cart is extremely well made it goes together easily and arrives packed perfectly, only thing i could think of to make it a 5 star rating is if it came with a wrench for tightening the bolts, but not a deal breaker by any means. i got 4 and highly recommend them!

I also think that you should have the option of 4 swivel casters or that customer service could give good information about spare parts (casters). ***Global Management Comment: Replacement Casters are readily available and offered as 2 Swivel & 2 Rigid Casters. We do not recommend using 4 Swivel Casters as the Cart will be very difficult to push and steer in a straight line.***

The product was good but I would have never ordered if I had noticed the price was based on a rebate. I find rebates to be very difficult and time consuming which is probably why they are used and the print is so small in the add compared to the sales price.

This product is perfect for unloading the vehicle and taking it to its destination in ONE load. Very heavy duty and durable. I would have rather had the rubber tires. Customer Service did not know that it was available.
