We recently ordered 4 sets of 24" Hanging Clamps. Out of the 24, 4 of the wing knobs came off. We did speak to your representatives on 2 occasions and are awaiting replacement for 4 of the 24" Hanging Clamps. - <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: Global Customer Service contacted the customer. A "No Charge" replacment has been sent to the customer. We do apologize for the inconvenience. ***</span>

the clamps are not holding the sheets even when tightened with pliars which should not be required. We will be returning the merchandise unless someone can tell us what we are doing wrong. <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: Global Customer Service spoke with the manufacturer and they will be shipping a clamp wrench. This resolved the problem with the customer. ***</span>
