PALLET SCALE TRUCK
A quick and economical solution to determine pallet weights. Use at the dock to estimate incoming and outbound shipments or in the warehouse to avoid overloading pallet racks. Patented frame mounted sensor measures deflection caused by the load. Displays up to 4400 lb. capacity in 10 lb. increments and accurate to +/- 40 lbs. throughout lifting capacity range. (Note: The larger the load, the more accurate the weight displayed.) LCD display with ¾"H characters offers ZERO, TARE and LB/KG keypads. Scale operates on (4) AA batteries (included) with automatic shut-off after 3 minutes. 6.3"W tapered forks are 27"W x 48"L. 3-position hand control. 7" polyurethane steer wheels, 2-¾" load wheels, 210 degree steer arc, 2.95" lowered ht., 7.7" raised ht. 1 Year Limited Warranty.
Be advised to read the description on the pallet tuck as this was my mistake. The pallet scale has a 40 pound variance on the scale and our company requires a closer reading when weighting. The overall construction of the truck seemed to be of good quality and worked just fine.

Save on Freight
Don't guess at the total weight of your pallet shipments. Freight companies love it when you over estimate the weight. Accurate to within 10 pounds. Plenty of capacity for most operations. Clear instructions are labeled on the pallet scale.

4400lb Pallet Scale
Seems to work well at this point. Easy to use, but I have taken the scale off of a pallet, then returned to double check the weight and get a different weight (within 10 lbs). I have been getting same weights lately. May have been operator error in the beginning.

Overall very satisfied with this pallet truck
The scale is within 10 lbs. It is sturdy under work load and rolls nice. The lift engage/disengage is at a good pressure to operate. The forks raise and lower smoothly and at a descent speed.

The scale is not worth the extra $
The scale is supposed to be +/- 40 lbs on a 2,000 lb load, but the reality is it runs almost +/- 120 lbs on a 1600 lb. load. It is so far off with no sense of consistency that is not worth using. Much better off with two pallet jacks and spot checking the weights on a floor scale. <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: The Customer has returned the unit for a credit. Doesnt preform like it should
I purchased this pallet jack scale for my warehouse and it seems like it does not give you an accurate weight. Each time you weigh the pallet its different. NOT Worth it. Spend a little more and get a better one. ***Global Management Comment: We are in contact with the Customer to resolve this issue.***
