| We bought 6 of these chairs, 3 went together nice, but the other 3 the backs were crooked, there was a staple in one of the screw holes. - <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: Global Customer Service contacted the customer. | Nice Chair |
| Great chair for the price. Comfortable and very professional looking. I removed one star because of an assembly issue; I had trouble stretching the arms apart far enough to get the back on and in the process I re-threaded one of the screws. Considering I put together 5 of the chairs and only had an issue with one screw, (which could be attributed to a learning curve)I am very pleased with the product I received. |

| Purchased these chairs for my reception. They are sturdy, comfortable, and reasonably good looking. One has to be careful on assembly because the "skin" on the arms is fragile. |

| Sturdy Seating |
| I have to say, these chairs were not what I was expecting! They are so much more! We put one together (you have to assemble-easy)and everyone in the office went on about what a great quality of chair it was! They are heavy duty, classy and make a great statement. I truly can not say enough wonderful things about them. Purchase them...you will be happy you did! (I bought the black leather ones. They have a 1 yr. warranty. The other colors didn't) Enjoy!
