| Mixed Results |
| The mat arrived broken at the folded seem. I did not know that the mat came folded or I probably would not have ordered it. So that is the bad part of the story. I called Global customer Service to report the problem and they were great. They said that they will take care of and they did. the representative was just super at resolving the issue. I am so impressed that even though my experience was not good, I will continue to buy from the business. Great Customer Service and thank you. |

| a little dissapointing |
| The product arrived folded in half which was not wanted as the crease is always obvious, and the mats tend to slide very easily which is a falling hazard. a strip of 2 sided tape helps hold it in place and it was a good price. |

| Damaged Chair Mat |
| While my order arrived in a timely fashion, I was most disappointed with the chair mat when I finally got around to opening the box in which it came (about two weeks later).
Unfortunately, the mat was split in the folded area. My husband thought I should send it back, but I remembered the costly shipping rate (almost 50% of the cost of the mat) I had to pay to receive it, and did not wish to go through trying to secure "free" shipment from Global Industrial. - <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: HeGlobal Customer Service contacted the customer. | good mat |
| this mat is fairly well made, it did have a very small crack in the seam but may have been caused by me since it is folded over for shipping and the tag saying to let it warm up first was on the bottom side and I did not see it until after unfolding it. It looks good in place and chair rolls over it nicely, just what I had expected. |

| The mat is fine, except the catalog does not show or tell that it will be folded in half. The fold seam was already split at both ends for about an inch. | Just What I Needed |
| This isn't as grey as the photo suggests, but rather more clear (or at least on my floor), which is nice. My only wish was that the lip fit further under the desk, but otherwise the size is good for a small desk and this is just what I was looking for! |

| This was an ok product but from looking at the picture on line it looked as if it had the small spikes on the back so that it would not slide all over the place. | So far, the mat is doing fine although I haven't really had it long enough to give an accurate evaluation. I was a little disappointed in the thickness of it (Pretty Thin) but we will see how it performs. |

| Before I bought this chair mat whenever I went to sit down I would slid all over the floor. I fell once trying to sit down as hardwood floors can be slippery. Now with my mat, my chair sits in the same spot and no more sliding. I love my mat! |

| Purchased for my wife in her sewing room to by placed on scored concrete floor. Did not expect a seam down the middle of the mat. Had to change the rollers on the task chair. It will work, but the picture did not show a seam down the middle of the mat. |

| This chair mat is exactly what I have been looking for. It works great, hugs the floor (no problem with tripping or chair rollers catching) and the price is just right. It appears to be very sturdy and its clear texture blends with my hard wood floors...even sitting here I have to look for the edge of the mat it blends so well. I have no complaints or disappointments whatever and I would recommend it to anyone. |

| I have a small office in my house that is tiled. The tile has grout lines that are fairly wide and deep. The chair mat is thin and somewhat flexible so that it conforms to the floor texture very well. It does slide somewhat, but that would be expected. I don't know of anything else that would work better. |
