Not the quality I expected
We ordered 4 mats for our office. I didn't realize that they were foldable and shipped that way. One of them was split in two at the fold. We contacted Global and they shipped a replacement out the same day. If I were to order hard floor chair mats again I would stick with the ones that do not fold.

Because it has a fold line I don't see this lasting very long. It much flimsier than the one I bought 5 years ago. <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: The product has the fold line to reduce shipping cost. This chair mat has lasted very long with the seam***</span>

Not Happy
We were not satisified with these mats. The seam in the middle is too thin and tears too easily.
I would no buy these again. I would rather have solid ones that were rolled up and shipped in a tube. - <span class="pm_comment">*** Global Comment: Global Customer Service spoke with the customer. We have offered to ship out replacements at no charge. We explained that the rolled up version had many complaints due to not becoming flat for a long period of time. Customer was happy with the solution. ***</span>

Chair mat
The chair mat was shipped FOLDED. When I opened the mat it had small tears on both ends, where it was folded. It would have been better if it had been shipped flat or rolled. The mat has a strip up the middle where it was folded. It was shipped very quick, which was good.

Glad to find it
I searched in local stores but couldn't find a mat for hard floors. I was glad to find this one and the price was really reasonable.
However, I've had a problem keeping it from sliding everywhere - more of our problem than the stores problem...need to put something under it to keep it from sliding, I guess. Otherwise, product is great thick quality and a very nice size.
