All-welded steel frame construction has a durable powder coat finish for years of service. 24"L x 19"W upper basket offers 2 cu. ft. of cargo space and 23"L x 17"W open bottom tray handles bulk goods. Handy 15"L x 5"W x 4"H basket is included to carry accessories. Exceptionally smooth and quiet rolling with 5" thermoplastic-elastomer casters (2 swivel, 2 rigid). Shipped assembled.
