LCD Flat Panel Monitor Arm
Flat Panel VESA Mount Monitor Arm pivots 180° up and down for optimal viewing. Allows 270° horizontal swing for fully customizable positioning. The universal VESA Mount (75mm x 75mm and 100mm x 100mm) accepts flat panel monitors measuring 10"-30" and extends an overall length of 16-3/8". Includes internal cable management for a neat appearance. Made of steel with powder coat finish. Mounting bracket allows easy installation to Upright Kit for Production Benches (sold separately). Allows height adjustments at 2" increments on uprights. Easy assembly.

Flexible but missing one part
The only complaint I have is the arm that connects to the upright stops at 90 degrees on the inside. Other than that its better than I expected. The only reason for the 4 stars not 5 is that one hinderance. Also it does come with 100mm plate for monitors that need it. The base is 75mm.
