Truck Delivery - Oversized Item: Many of our artificial trees exceed the shipping size parameters for FedEx or UPS ground and therefore require delivery by a freight carrier. When ordering please be sure to let us know if your delivery address and neighboring streets cannot accommodate a large truck. In most cases we can arrange to have the freight carrier call you a day or so in advance to schedule the delivery. Freight deliveries are to the outside door of your delivery location. Inside delivery service is available for an additional charge - please call for details and pricing. Freight deliveries require a contact name and phone number for the delivery location. OfficeScapesDirect items may be returned within 30 days from the day of delivery for exchange or a full merchandise refund plus applicable sales tax (OH and NY only).To initiate your return, please call Global Customer Service. If your merchandise was damaged in shipping please call customer service.To return an item:1. Complete the back side of the packing slip that came with your order, indicating the item being returned and the reason for the return, and enclose the packing slip inside the box. Retain a copy of the packing slip for your records.2. Pack the item in the original box if possible, securing the item in the same manner in which it arrived. If you have cut the straps holding the item down, please add fill (styrofoam peanuts or crushed newspaper work well) inside the box to prevent movement.3. Remove or cover original shipping labels on outside of box.4. Put your name and order/invoice number on the outside of all boxes.5.
