Returns & Refund Policy

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: SHIPPING CHARGES TO YOU ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, EVEN IF THE PRODUCT INCLUDED FREE SHIPPING, ONCE AN ORDER IS IN THE PROCESS OF BEING RETURNED, SHIPPING CHARGES INCURRED WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND OR CREDIT AMOUNT. WE DO NOT COVER RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. RETURNS MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING INCLUDING ALL PARTS, ACCESSORIES AND PAPERWORK THAT CAME WITH THE SHIPMENT OR YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE A CREDIT/REFUND OR ONLY A PARTIAL CREDIT/REFUND. YOU MUST GET A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER FROM GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL MARKETPLACE BEFORE SENDING ANY PRODUCTS OR SHIPMENT BACK TO A.M.I. SERVICES. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE RETURNS IF THE ABOVE POLICY IS NOT MET. All returned products must first undergo an inspection. If the product is found to be in good working order and without any defects your money, less shipping costs, will be promptly refunded. All products must be returned in good working condition with no physical damage/defects or additional restocking fees may be applied. Please contact GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL MARKETPLACE to get a return authorization number. All packages without valid return authorization number on the box will be refused. Please contact Global Industrial first at 888-978-7759. Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled up to 2pm EST on the day of order. Since products will be shipped after that time we cannot cancel the order. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for opened testing kits. Once a testing kit has been opened it is no longer sterile and cannot be used. Returns: If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping or restocking fee. If the product is found to be in good working order and without defects your money, less shipping costs or restocking fee will be promptly refunded. We cannot refund shipping! Due to the fact that we pay for shipping on orders, a restocking fee of up to $100 will be deducted from your refund depending on the original shipping cost. Damaged product: If for some reason your product is damaged or broken during shipping or is defective just email Global Industrial Marketplace and we will set up a return and replacement at no charge. Frequently Asked Questions: How do I know my order has shipped? Answer: GLOBAL INDUSTRIAL MARKETPLACE will email you a confirmation that your order has shipped along with tracking. What type of shipping do you provide? Answer: We normally ship ground but faster shipping is available at an extra charge. Charges will appear in the shopping cart. We use U.S.P.S., UPS and FedEx depending on price and delivery time.
