Shipping Charges: All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping method is determined by the size and weight of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently, by different methods, even if ordered together. Most items will be sent UPS. Items that are too large or too heavy will be sent by truck. There is a minimum shipping fee for truck deliveries. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. Twenty-four hour notification, residential deliveries, lift gate, or inside deliveries are available for an additional charge. Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer may also be responsible for return shipping charges, insurance and shipment tracking for returned merchandise. For certain returns, UPS Shipping Labels are provided. Please note that while shipping labels may be issued for your convenience, return shipping charges may be incurred depending on the reason(s) for return. If an order ships prior to the cancellation request, the customer is responsible for any freight charges incurred. Shipping Charges/Taxes/Delivery: You are responsible for all applicable sales and other taxes associated with the order. If applicable, a separate charge for taxes will be shown on TouchEnterprises's invoice.Top of page
Returns & Refund Policy

Returns and Warranties: If you’re not satisfied with a product, contact GIM within 10 days of receipt. A refund may be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition, and are subject to 25% restocking fee. TouchEnterprises inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, misused or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and stocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, warranty cards, cables etc. TouchEnterprises reserves the right to authorize product returns after 10 days have passed from the invoice date. If the product is accepted after this period, it is subject to a 25% restocking fee. We will not accept Returns for buyer's remorse. Please make sure that the product you are ordering will work for your application prior to placing your order. All returned products must obtain prior authorization from TouchEnterprises. We must receive your product within 15 days after we have issued an RA (Return Authorization) number. Make sure to put your original order number in your request and state the reason for your return request. Refusing a shipment is not a valid return method, and may result in delays processing your store credit. If a shipment is refused, the receiver will be liable for any lost packages as well as any damages that have occurred. All products that are not in the original purchase condition, or are installed, are subject to an additional fee averaging 20%, which covers the replacement cost of missing components. Damaged (physically or cosmetically) or abused items will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any return, which at our discretion has excessive damage. All claims by Buyer having anything to do with any products furnished by TouchEnterprises shall be made in writing within 10 days after the delivery of the products and failure of Buyer to give such notice shall constitute a complete waiver by Buyer of any such claims. This includes, but not limited to, claims related to damaged products, products received being not as described, incorrect products received, products received late and incorrect quantity of products received. Limitations of Liability: TouchEnterprises shall not be liable to buyer for any direct damages (except as expressly provided herein). Neither TouchEnterprises nor TouchEnterprises’ suppliers shall be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential and/or punitive damages, arising or alleged to arise out of or in connection with its performance of services hereunder or with any product or equipment sold or leased hereunder, whether such damage results from any negligent act or omission or is related to strict liability, or otherwise. In no event shall TouchEnterprises' liability arising out of these terms exceed the amount paid by buyer to TouchEnterprises for the applicable product or service under these terms during the immediately preceding twelve (12) month period. Warranty Limitations: Except as specifically set forth herein TouchEnterprises makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and conformity to models or samples. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties so these limitations may not apply to you. The warranties set forth herein give you specific legal rights and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. Prices and Errors: Prices and quotes are subject to change without notice. TouchEnterprises is not responsible for typographical errors. Amendments/Applicable Law: These terms and conditions may be amended at any time by TouchEnterprises. The laws of the State of Kansas shall govern these Terms and Conditions.Top of page
