NovaVision Inc. manufactures tamper evident security labels, tamper evident security tape, hologram labels, and mechanical security seals, which are commonly used to combat counterfeiting and tampering of product packaging, shipping parcels, and shipping containers, and truck trailers. In business since 1994, NovaVision is ISO 9001:2008 certified for Security Tape, Labels and Seals, and is also certified as meeting C-TPAT requirements.

    Returns & Refund Policy

    For questions regarding your order or returns, please contact Global Industrial Marketplace Customer Service at 1.888.628.3466 or via email at Global Industrial Marketplace will coordinate any returns in accordance with this Seller’s policies, stated below.


    • Defective or questionable product will be replaced or your money will be refunded 100% (NovaVision's option).
    • If we make a mistake in processing your order, we will make it right at our expense.
    • If you make a mistake in ordering, please let us know. Our return and replacement polices are intended to minimize the cost to you.
    • If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, please let us know. We will work with you to make it right.

    You can return stock products within 30 days of purchase for a refund on the product. We do not refund the shipping cost, customs, taxes, etc. If the original packaging is still intact, you will get a 100% material refund. If the original packaging is not intact, there is a 15% restocking fee. This applies to stock hologram labels, security tape, security seals, blank labels, blank ID cards, lamination pouches, thermal ribbons and ID card ribbons. The customer pays the return shipping.

    For security tape shipped to desert or tropical climates, we include temperature sensors to confirm the maximum temperature during shipping and storage. Returned tape with temperature sensors must not have any reading of 100F or higher.

    The graphics for hidden tamper evident features (OPENED, VOID, etc) shown are fair representations. However, the actual hidden graphics may vary by size, orientation, alternating forward and backwards reading, backwards reading, include upper and lower case, font, etc. Also, the graphics may change on future orders. If the graphic layouts for the hidden patterns are critical, please inquire for more details prior to placing your order.

    Some electric equipment and parts may be subject to a restocking charge ranging from 25% to 35%. All equipment and parts must be returned in the original packaging.


    Our stock and custom products will be free of defects in material or workmanship. Defective products can be returned for a 100% refund or replacement (at NovaVision’s option) within 90 days of purchase. We will pay the shipping cost to return defective merchandise. When we provide the replacement product, we will pay the shipping cost.

    Claims for questionable or defective security tape must be made within 1 week of delivery.

    The product warranty and return policy for ID card printers, thermal printers, software, and other electric equipment and parts is determined by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please call for details.


    In the event NovaVision makes an error (wrong quantity, product, pricing, printing error, etc) in processing your order, we will provide free replacement product or a refund to correct our mistake.


    Our maximum liability for defective product or order errors is to provide free replacement material or a refund. We do not accept claims for any consequential damages.
