Online orders, unless otherwise specified, are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx Ground. We do not offer C.O.D. shipments. Ground: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States* within 4 to 6 business days. Next Day Air: Delivered anywhere in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico on the next business day by 10:30 AM, Noon, or end of day depending on destination (Noon or 1:30 PM on Saturdays). Next Day Air Saver (PM Delivery) : Delivered anywhere in the 50 United States and Puerto Rico on the next business day by 3:00 or 4:30 PM to commercial destinations where UPS Next Day Air delivery is committed by 10:30 a.m. or noon, respectively. Residential deliveries to UPS Next Day Air Saver destinations receive delivery by end of day. This service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day. 2nd Day Air: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States* within 2 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air service provides substantial savings compared to the rates for overnight air service. Day Select: Delivered anywhere in the Continental United States* within 3 business days. Canada Standard Service: Delivered anywhere in all of Canada's ten provinces. Worldwide Express: Delivered within 1 or 2 business days, depending on the destination. Returns & Refund Policy
For questions regarding your order or returns, please contact Global Industrial Marketplace Customer Service at 1.888.628.3466 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Global Industrial Marketplace will coordinate any returns in accordance with this Sellers policies, stated below.
All returns must be authorized. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Call Global Industrial Marketplace to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number. Items returned to us must be sent freight pre-paid and insured. New Equipment Returns: New equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within thirty (30) days of the purchase date if proven to be defective. After thirty (30) days, returns will be handled directly by the manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge. Non-Defective new equipment will be accepted only if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders are non-returnable. Used Equipment Returns: Upon receipt of used equipment returns, units will be evaluated to determine if repair or exchange is covered under warranty. Warranty period is stipulated in our written quotation and/or your Purchase Order. At our discretion we will repair, replace or credit the price paid for the unit. Non-Defective used equipment will typically not be accepted for return unless a prior right-of-refusal period has been agreed in writing with your Account Manager.Top of page
