Shipping Policy

Ships From ONTARIO, CA

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual weight, destination, and type of shipping service you specify (L.T.L, ground, next day, second day). All shipments are F.O.B. shipping point to anywhere in the United States. The shipping method is determined by the weight and size of each item. Items of differing size and weight may ship independently and by different methods, even if they are ordered together. Most items will be sent via UPS freight. There is a minimum $50 shipping fee for truck deliveries. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries. Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight, and is located in an industrial area. Residential deliveries, inside delivery, lift gate, twenty-four hour notification, or other special delivery services are available for an additional charge. The charge amount for these services depend on the carrier selected. Please contact Global Industrial customer service to request one of these services. Unless otherwise stated, freight and shipping fees will be charged for shipments to anywhere in the contiguous United States, using a carrier of our choice. Other terms apply to Hawaii and Alaska. The consignee must pay any extra charges acquired for additional services, such as customer’s specified carrier or special handling by any carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier. In the event of L.T.L. damages we follow the NMFC (National Motor Freight Classification) laws that are regulated by the Federal Government. Collect shipments – We will gladly ship via your specified carrier; however, freight collect, or third-party billings terms will apply. Transit Time: For shipments of items currently in stock, the order will typically be ready for shipment within 48 hours of its placement. Transit time is 3-8 days.

Returns & Refund Policy

Return shipment will not be accepted without prior authorization (see our instructions below). Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for all returns. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges, shipment tracking, and insurance for returned merchandise. We do not accept cancellations. If an order ships prior to any cancellation request, the customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred. If you require an estimate of return shipping costs, or have any other questions regarding shipping and handling, please call Global Industrial Marketplace. How to Return: Please call Global Industrial Marketplace Customer Service to process your return. Please have the following information on hand when calling: •Customer name and contact information •Order number •Reason for return. Prices and quotes are subject to change without notice. You have 30 days to issue a return. All products returned must be shipped back on a pallet. There are no fees to return an item. Outbound shipping, return shipping, and free shipping are not refundable. We follow the NMFC laws for freight damage and concealed damage. The customer must file a freight claim to the freight company that shipped and delivered their order. The acceptable time period to report a freight claim is 5 business days. The warranty policy is as follows: Manual Equipment: 12 months for hydraulic pumps, frames, handles, rockers, and push rods, and 6 months for wheels, bearings, and axles. Semi-Electric Equipment: 12 months for frames, hydraulic pumps, forks, cylinders, chains, and handles, and 3 months for battery, charger, air springs, wheels, axles, bearings, electronic connectors, meters, and carbon brushes. Electric Equipment: 24 months for SBW system, chassis, frames, forks, drive motors, gear boxes, hydraulic power packs, and chains, and 12 months for controllers, cylinders, and handle assemblies, and 6 months for battery, charger, drive wheels, contactors, magnetic valves, and 3 months for wheels, air springs, axles, bearings, electronic connectors, meters, and carbon brushes.
