Auto reorder is the most convenient way to create a subscription for the products that you want to be auto delivered at a regular frequency. The items would be automatically shipped to you based on the delivery schedule and date chosen. The service is convenient and customizable to make schedule changes at any time as required.


A notification is sent to you ahead of each delivery with the details of items and price to manage the auto delivery through My account. The user can either change the delivery date or skip the upcoming delivery or Cancel the subscription any time by navigating to auto reorder page. Please understand that the items once shipped cannot be managed or cancelled through auto reorder. Check out the order history page to view the status of the order and  Please reach out to Customer care through “Live chat” for any assistance on the same.

Auto Reorder is a convenient way to create a subscription for the products you want delivered at a regular frequency.

Activating an Auto Reorder subscription for a product is easy.


  • Go the product page of the item you want that’s eligible for Auto Reorder*.
  • Select the quantity first, then the “Auto Reorder” button  (This can also be done from the shopping cart page.) 
  • Select the delivery frequency and click “create subscription”. Your Auto Reorder subscription is now activated. 


*Auto Reorder is available for eligible products only. Please note that not all products will have an Auto Reorder option.

Of course. Please follow the steps below to skip an upcoming delivery.


  • Go to “Auto reorders” on  the “My account” Page
  • Locate “Upcoming Delivery date” on the “Upcoming Deliveries Tab” and click “Skip upcoming delivery”
  • Click on “Apply changes” and the changes will be saved automatically
  • Go to the “My account” Page and select “Auto Reorders”
  • Select the “Subscriptions” tab
  • • Click on “Cancel Subscription” for the item you would like to cancel the assigned subscription. Then choose “Yes” to confirm the cancellation. All future orders that are not already under shipment will be cancelled**


**Please note that disabling a subscription will stop all future orders from processing till the time it is re-activated. Post activation, the items will be delivered as per the initial delivery frequency that was selected.
