Cleavers Are Used For Cutting Hard Meats, Bones And Cheeses, Crushing Garlic And Other Foodservice Preparation Applications.
Cleavers are made of high carbon steel or stainless steel for long lasting durability. Stamped or forged blades can be used to effectively dice or chop vegetables, fruit, meat and more. Tough edge withstands repeated blows against meat and bone. Available handle types are Fibrox Nylon, Hardwood, Polypropylene, Plastic, Rosewood, Stainless Steel, Walnut and Wood. Blade lengths range from 6 to 12-1/8 inches. Some cleavers available in package quantities for cost savings.
