Ladder secures firmly to floor surface by stepping on first step which engages the step lock mechanism. Aluminum Rolling Ladder features ribbed step treads. 7" intermediate steps and 14" deep top step. Rolling Ladder is built to OSHA and ANSI requirements. 350 lb. capacity.
