It is commonly used to mount a panel or mesh when it is recessed within the T-slot or on the profile frame. When used in this capacity it is a strong fastening option that is simple to use, provides stability, and reduces vibration. The double retainer profile is also frequently used to create a custom retainer in instances when a T-slot profile is connecting two adjacent panels.
