Durable product

Your review: This roller will last for 10 years+. If your track is worn out you can get only get a few years. I know because I had replaced them in the past with a worn out track on my door. We have a daycare and the door is opened and closed countless times during the day. The door tract always gets sand and dirt on it from the kids. I have used the nylon wheel ones and they only last around one year.

Pros: Easy to adjust once installed. Bearings are smooth and will last for 10 years + unless they are subjected to water all the time.
