The DFS Security Anchor is tamper and vibration resistant and works in all poured concrete and brick materials. Special "Security Nut" can be threaded onto anchor body for either Round Head or Flat Head applications. Unlike other security type anchors, no special tools and no welding are required to secure anchor. A hammer is all you need. A safety factor of 4:1, or 25% of ultimate, should be used. Critical applications (vibratory loads, overhead installations, etc.) may require a safety factor of as much as 10:1 or more.
