Lockout tags prevent accidental or unexpected start up or release of stored energy when working on equipment and machinery. Vinyl lockout tags are made with .015 mil thick tear and chemical resistant vinyl to withstand the toughest environments. The material is a rigid PVC film with a gloss/gloss surface. Glow in the dark tag is visible even in sudden blackouts. Glow tags are designed to store ambient light and release stored light in darkness. Meets OSHA 29 CRF 1910.147 requirements.
