I bought this machine this spring & LOVE IT. However the motor did start smoking in December and sent it in to Ridgid Service. Am waiting to hear if it is a warranty or something else. -

We have 3 of these now for our plumbing company - and have been pleased with the performance. They are lightweight but get the job done for your basic residential plumbing needs. Wish the heads weren't quite so expensive - but other wise it has been a good investment for us. Having all our trucks outfitted with the same machine means we can swap parts if needed. -
